Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify each client’s needs and create tailored therapy plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, assistive devices, and home modifications to maximize client safety and independence.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Educate clients and families on strategies to manage and improve daily activities and quality of life.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Minimum 2 years of full time working experience
- Relevant registration
- Proven experience working with adults or seniors, ideally in a community or aged care setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to client-centered care.
