Our restaurant is an iconic coastal venue right on the waterfront in Port Macquarie.
We are looking to fill two Chef roles. One position is full-time, and the other is a casual role. You will need to be available to start within the next 4 weeks.
About You – Cook/Chef:
- You will hold Certificate III or IV in Hospitality – Commercial Cookery (essential) or higher and have at least 3 - 4 years’ experience
- High cooking standards with an attention to detail
- High level of interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Good work ethic including the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to maintain service standards
- Strong ability to work autonomously amongst a fast-paced environment
- Good knife skills
- Good with quick, consistent prep and service
- Current HACCP and relevant Food Safety accreditation

- A full-time role with remuneration from $73k p.a. plus superannuation
- A casual role with remuneration level to be based on experience under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020
