With a strong focus on accessible healthcare, we provide services across Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, and Counselling. As a registered NDIS provider, our mission is to empower individuals through quality, client-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- - Research and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
- - Create and execute strategic plans to meet company goals and objectives.
- - Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- - Track and report on sales metrics, market analysis, and business outcomes.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- - Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- - Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- - Eligible and willing to relocate to Australia under the 482 Visa program (if applicable).
