Full-time Migration/Visa Assistant in Canberra Office
Success Education and Visa Services - Canberra (Head Office), ACT based Education and Visa Services consulting company seeking for a long term full-time experienced Migration Assistant for Canberra Head Office. At least 2 years or more of experience in a similar field is mandatory.
The Role
The successful applicant will be working at busy office in Head Office Canberra and provide assistance on the following visas: Student visas, GSM, Partner Visa, Employed Sponsor Visa and all other visas.
Duties and Responsibilities as a Migration Assistant:
- Deal effectively with new and existing clients;
- Communicate with clients and Prepare, check and get visa applications ready to submit;
- Meet deadlines with regards to preparation of visa applications;
- Enter and maintain client information in a migration management system
- Ensuring visas are prepared accurately for lodgment to the DHA
- Building the firm's customer base and reputation through top tier service
- Communicate with clients professionally, ethically, and effectively.
- Ensuring all weekly follow-ups ups are completed on time
- Continuously building and expanding knowledge base and research.
- Able to handle workload and stress management.
Requirements
- At least 2 years or more of experience in a similar industry is a must
- Ability to liaise with and build relationships with clients
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise and demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Remuneration ($60 to 70k) per year or negotiable depending on experience and expertise)
