Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of French cuisine and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and safety
- Maintain kitchen equipment and supplies
- Assist with the training of new kitchen staff
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen
- Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a chef in a French restaurant
- Strong understanding of French cuisine
- Excellent cooking skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong skills in hot section
