Competitive Salary and Allowances
Base Salary
A remuneration package comprising the Agreement base salary, relevant allowances and other entitlements will be negotiated with the successful applicant dependent on clinical experience and seniority.
Base salary points range for Specialist Medical Practitioner Level 1 at $216,300 through to Specialist Medical Practitioner Level 11 at $296,640 with further salary increments available.
- Please note that access to the Senior Specialist Medical Practitioner salary range $300,216 - $310,389 is subject to the successful applicant satisfying the criteria for Senior Specialist Medical Practitioner Level 1, 2 or 3 as outlined in the Medical Practitioners.

Our Imaging services are comprehensive and include plain Radiography, Fluoroscopy, CT, Ultrasound, MRI , Nuclear Medicine / PET , Interventional and Neurointerventional Radiology.
The Role
Within the discipline of Radiology:
- Provide Specialist in-patient and out-patient care to patients
- Be involved with undergraduate teaching and post graduate teaching.
- Undertake research and quality improvement activities.
- Conduct radiological examinations and report findings.
- Provide advice on radiological findings and investigations required to other consultants and medical staff.
