About the Role:
- Deliver life-changing therapy across Early Intervention, School-Age, and Adult programs.
- Support a diverse caseload with both standardised and specialised communication assessments (yes, including AAC expertise!).
- Work with families and stakeholders to create inclusive and empowering environments.
- Take the lead on specialist programs like Hanen® parent coaching, Positive Behaviour Support, and mealtime management.
- Run engaging group therapy sessions tailored to various ages and needs.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Speech Pathology and Speech Pathology Australia membership.
- A person-centered, values-driven professional.
- Experience with individuals with disabilities and their families is a plus!
- Clearances, including an NDIS Worker Check and WWCC
