* Assist the head chef in costings of new menu items.
* Be actively involved in the preparation of meals.
* Maintain seasonal menus and standardised recipes.
* Stock control and food supply order.
* Lead and supervise a small team of staff including assistant cook and kitchenhands.
* Manage and prepare special food for functions.
* Must follow Food safety standards and the food safety plan.
* Maintain standards of hygiene and cleanliness for food and equipment in line with regulations.

Pay: $65,000.18 – $73,500.76 per year
