Salary Sacrifice Details
As a not-for-profit entity, our employees can package up to $18,549 p.a. of their taxable income before your income tax is calculated. Up to $15,900 p.a. on every day expenses (such as mortgage payments, rent, groceries, bills and insurance) plus up to $2,649 p.a. on meal/entertainment benefits. Join our Talent Acquisition team. As we strengthen partnerships with key business stakeholders, we are expanding our focus on proactive sourcing strategies, exceptional talent engagement, and impactful special projects.
Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will become a valued member of our dynamic and supportive Talent Acquisition team. We are committed to fostering collaboration, welcoming innovative ideas, and equipping you with the tools to succeed in identifying and sourcing outstanding talent across a diverse range of roles within our organization.
In this role, you will leverage your skills and experience to provide end-to-end sourcing expertise and strategic recruitment advice to stakeholders. This includes crafting compelling advertising strategies, supporting recruitment campaigns, and enhancing onboarding processes.
Your ability to build strong relationships with Service Managers and Team Leaders, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience, will be pivotal to your success. - With excellent communication skills;

- Ability to keep candidates and hiring managers appraised at each step of the process.

- Demonstrated expertise in Account and Client Management;
- Complemented by exceptional customer service abilities;
- Provide visa sponsorship process support & guidance to Hiring Managers & candidates;
- Guide and Assist other Talent Acquisition team members.
To be suitable for this position, your qualifications for the role will consist of:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar, or experience in a relevant field;
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in end to end recruitment;
- Previous experience using e-Recruitment systems;
