About the Role
Kickstart your nursing career with our company, a leading Aged Care provider with 14 Care Communities across the beautiful region.
We're seeking early-career Enrolled Nurses (with less than 12 months' experience) to join our Aged Care team in Horsham, Dimboola, Edenhope or Stawell, where you'll:
- Receive hands-on experience, mentoring, and tailored learning opportunities through our transition to practice program.
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents, guided by experienced Registered Nurses and Clinical Support Nurses.
- Develop your skills in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse to provide resident-focused, holistic care.
- Implement nursing functions according to your level of competence and formal educational.
- Support the management team in the efficient and effective management of the designated Care Community.
- Develop your professional practice to meet the health needs of the population and changing patterns of disease and illness.
- Contribute to quality healthcare through continuous personal and professional development.
Qualifications and Experience
- New graduate with less than 12 months of experience as an Enrolled Nurse post AHPRA registration.
- Eligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA and hold a current Practicing Certificate.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- A commitment to providing exceptional care and a passion for working in Aged Care.

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028. The classification is Enrolled Nurse Grade 2 (IB68 - IB72) which ranges from $35.52 - $37.80 per hour.
