- Position: ITALIAN Chef
- About the Role:
As Italian section Chef, you will be responsible for crafting and presenting classic Italian dishes, ranging from comfort food staples to modern twists on traditional favourites. Your expertise in grilling, smoking, and pasta style cooking will be crucial as you design menus that highlight the best of American flavours
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic and modern Italian dishes with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Develop and design innovative menus inspired by regional Italian flavours.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and portioning.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
- Manage kitchen staff and assist in training junior chefs
Requirements:
- At least a Certificate IV in commercial cookery or above
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a chef specialising in American cuisine
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of traditional and contemporary American cooking techniques.
- Certifications in Food Safety and Hygiene are preferred.

- A valid English language certificate is needed, with an overall IELTS score of at least 5.5 and no individual section scoring less than 5.0.
