We are seeking a Japanese cuisine chef with a prior experience in a sous chef level who will be managing particularly Hot Section of the kitchen delivering an exceptional service,
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to
Well preparation prior to cooking.
Able to produce consistent outcome at all time.
Proper Receiving and storage knowledge.
Stock Rotation and control.
Proper and correct use of Receipies.
Strictly follow OH & S.
Maintaining Hygiene and creating safe work place.
Proper knowledge of Pan Fry,Deep Fry and Grill.
Most importantly, Must have a common sense.
