Our company requires a Chef De Partie dedicated to providing excellent product and service. We will be efficient, cost and time productive, and work well within a team environment.
Duties & Responsibilities Duties will include:
- Following instructions from Head Chef.
- Ensuring that kitchen production and presentation is of excellent quality at all times.
- Ensuring that all work space is correctly prepared prior to commencement of service.
- Ensuring kitchen and back areas are thoroughly clean at all times.
- Maintaining personal presentation and behavior to leave a good impression on customers and other staff members.
- Attending the daily kitchen briefings.
Skills & Experience Mandatory skills and experience will include:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Experience in all areas of the kitchen including; grill / pizza / pasta / desserts preferred.
- Natural ability to work within a team environment.
- Completion of a culinary certificate at an accredited cookery establishment within Australia or overseas or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills. excellent written and oral communication skills.
