To be successful in this role you must possess the following attributes:
Must posses great understanding of larder and pan appetisers, salads, burgers, pastas etc..
Work well in a team
Experienced chef that can produce food of the highest standard for the menu style in a timely manner
Able to work under pressure
Great communication skills with front and back of house as well as guests
Looking for a new challenge and strives to meet the goals set for the team
Able to motivate, train and engage staff of all levels
*have solid prep skills
* be able to follow recipes
* follow instruction
* keep a well maintenance and hygienic work area
