The Opportunities
Civil Project Manager
- Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 + Super
- Responsibilities Include:
- Managing large-scale civil projects from inception to completion.
- Overseeing tender handovers, project schedules, budgets, and reporting.
- Leading teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to compliance standards.
- Developing risk management and HSE strategies.
Civil Project Engineer
- Salary Range: $105,000 - $150,000 + Super
- Responsibilities Include:
- Planning, organizing, and delivering technical aspects of projects.
- Ensuring compliance with budgetary and timeline requirements.
- Managing procurement, site establishment, and contract administration.
- Monitoring productivity and KPI performance across project stages.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant industry experience:
- Project Managers: 5+ years of leadership and project management in civil infrastructure.
- Project Engineers: 3+ years of post-graduate experience in civil projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards and risk management practices.
- Proven skills in communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time management.
