- Salary range from $73,150 per annum (depending on experience and qualification).
Task & Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that encourages children's growth and development.
- Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the broader community.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, documenting observations and providing feedback to families.
- Work collaboratively with other educators to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about early childhood education and committed to ongoing professional development.
- Creative, motivated, and able to inspire a love of learning in children
