Your Role:
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Design and execute menus that highlight our seafood, steak, pasta, and Asian fusion offerings.
- Collaborate with local wineries to create perfect pairings.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations, including inventory and cost control.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in seafood, steak, and fusion cuisine is a strong advantage.
- A creative flair for menu development and presentation.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a small team effectively.
- Commitment to using fresh, local, and seasonal produce.

Our Kitchen & Bar is a boutique waterfront venue seating up to 40 guests. We specialize in intimate dining experiences, small weddings, family celebrations, and corporate events. We’re also proud to be known as the best mussel destination, offering five delicious mussel flavors.
