As a Medical Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring safe, high-quality clinical services for our patients. About us:
At one of our hospitals in Hobart, you will work at the state's largest teaching hospital and major trauma centre, treating over 1,700 trauma patients annually-25% with serious injuries. As one of the busiest trauma centres in the southern hemisphere, this hospital serves a vast catchment area that includes all of South Australia and parts of neighbouring states. Eligible trainees will gain invaluable experience through rotations in the renowned Trauma Service, with opportunities to further specialise in the cutting-edge field of Toxicology.
At our other hospita, located just minutes from Adelaide's CBD, you'll practise in a state-of-the-art emergency department that manages a diverse case mix of acute, paediatric, and gynaecological presentations.
