About the Opportunity
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify clients' physical, mental, and environmental challenges.
- Create individualised therapy plans tailored to enhance clients' daily living and occupational performance.
- Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to ensure holistic care.
- Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
- Offer guidance and education to clients and caregivers on strategies to improve functional independence.
- Keep accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.
- Advocate for clients' occupational health and well-being, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
About You
- International Occupational Therapist
- Degree in Occupational Therapist
- Eligibility or hold AHPRA Registration
- Proven experience working as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
