THE ROLE
We have a vacancy for an experienced Chef. You will enjoy a role that is varied which allows you to use your creativity and allows your cooking to do the talking with our customers in our popular restaurant and sports and wine bar. We are looking for that special person with a true passion for food, with the ability to deliver consistently within a high-volume environment whilst keeping your cool and sense of humour when the pressure is on.

Experience: Chef: 2 years (Preferred)

Commercial Cookery Qualification: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Preferred)
JOB DUTIES
Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required. Follow recipes and presentation specifications. Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently oversee and manage kitchen operations. Clean and organize kitchen and equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations. Preserve and store foodstuffs in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities.
