This is for a Permanent Part Time appointment at 60.80 hours per fortnight.
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join our Palliative Care Team in the Pilbara Region.

This position offers the opportunity to be apart of a nurse led service that is grounded in best practice specialist palliative care. The team is supported by district medical officers and a palliative care specialist. The service provides on call services to patients in the region.
What we are looking for:
- Advanced nursing and competence in the provision of patient assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of delivery of care.
- Advanced skills in planning, coordination and decision making.
- Well-developed team leadership and membership skills, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Incorporation of quality and risk management within practice.
- A solid understanding of the Medicines and Poisons ACT 2014, Medicines and Poisons Regulations 2016, and the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2010.
