Details
Key duties include:
1. Use the mSupply Dashboard to monitor mSupply usage across all warehouses
and health facilities within the Fiji MHMS.
2. Proactively identify facilities that require additional support to optimise their
use of mSupply and develop/execute a plan to address these needs.
3. Respond to mSupply support requests from users and manage these through
a digital ticketing system.
4. Identify and escalate out-of-scope queries to other stakeholders (e.g. FPBS,
the mSupply Foundation Support Desk).
5. Coordinate planned support interventions (e.g. refresher training, on-site
visits) with the local BES team managing the mSupply rollout.
6. Visit health facilities requiring additional support to provide mSupply
refresher training, on-site stock management support (e.g. stocktakes), and
technical troubleshooting.
7. Conduct user satisfaction surveys and analyze/report findings to the project
team.
8. Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings for the Fiji National Supply
Chain Reform Project.
9. Write reports and deliver presentations on user enquiries and support
provided.
10. Liaise with the BES team (local and international), Fiji MHMS health and IT
staff and, where required, the mSupply Foundation Support Desk, to achieve
outcomes.
11. Other responsibilities as reasonably requested by supervisors.
