Responsibility:
• Financial Planing and Management
• Set and monitor Internal controls
• Preparation of Annual budgets
• Co-ordination of financial procedures and systems
• Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly financial report design and development
• Benchmark analysis
• Processes review and improvement
• Training and development of the Finance team
• Feasibility research
• Oversee statutory audits and other scheduled audits by the External Auditors
• Oversee Month end procedures including stock take, reconciliation and journal adjustments
• Preparation of the Profit and Loss Accounts
• Review of Financial performance with the General Managers and Lodge Controllers
• Cash flow Management
• Tax Administration
