Hi, my preferred name is Leo, I am a 30 years old Chef with around 4 years of experience. I have spent the last 3 years working for the star casino gold coast as a casual commis Chef due to the opportunity to jump in between restaurants. Due to this I have been able to gather experience in a multitude of cuisines and service styles.
I love working as a part of a professional yet entertaining and creative team. my experience round in a la carte service, big banquets events, pub style fast paced service and buffet service, managing sections, prep, stock, waste and costs management. Cooking sections I am more experienced are pans, flat grill, ovens, fryers, cold sections, desserts/pastry and fishes. I know the basics of a grill section but I am not as experienced as I would like but more than willing to learn.
