Established in 2014 under Companies Act 1963 (Act 179) as a Limited Liability Company, It offers support services for the following: Architectural Designs and Engineering, Electrical Engineering. As a SHEQ Lead, I'm responsible for ensuring the safety of employees and creating a
safe working environment. I am mainly responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining SHEQ Management Systems to mitigate risks and comply with relevant regulations. I formulate SHEQ Policies and Procedures as well as facilitate their reviews periodically. I facilitate periodic SHEQ Audits and Inspections on all operational sites to ensure compliance with SHEQ Management Systems Standards. I coordinate the the design implementation and maintenance of of health & safety programs, campaigns and initiatives such Safe Production, Zero Harm, Visible Felt Leadership as well as advise both Management and general workforce on matters of SHEQ.

I have extensive experience in the establishment, implementation and maintenance of SHEQ Management Systems as well as auditing of these systems in several organizations within the Mining and Construction Industries. With over a decade of experience in the management of SHEQ Management Systems, I successfully led a team to formulate and implement a SHEQ Management Systems and a Culture of ‘Safe Production and Zero Harm’ which resulted in the achievement of 882 and 484 injury free days for a Gold Processing Plant and Fleet Maintenance Workshops(HME) in my previous roles.
