I am a skilled chef with diverse international culinary experience. I began my journey as a grill cook at Outback Steakhouse in Japan, preparing salads, burgers, and steaks. I then advanced to a commis chef role at Zylan Luxury Boutique Hotel in Sri Lanka, specializing in Japanese cuisine, where I crafted Maki, nigiri, sashimi, dumplings, and various noodles and sauces. Currently, I am a Demi Chef De Partie at The Chedi Katara Hotel & Resort in Doha, Qatar, where I manage the mise en place for salads, sushi rolls, and pizzas, as well as prepare canapés for high tea. My passion for culinary arts has driven me to continuously refine my skills and contribute to the success of world-class kitchens.
