- **Operating Hours:** Weekdays only (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
- **Future Plans:** Evening operations will be added, so flexibility in adjusting work hours is essential.
- **Requirements:**
-minimum 3years experience in kitchen industry
- Extensive experience in cooking, especially in a chef role.
- A strong passion for Japanese cuisine and an openness to embrace changes and new ideas.
- Willingness to learn directly from our Japanese Head Chef.
