Duties:
Some of the duties you will be required to perform include:
- Assisting with fault escalation and resolution.
- Contribute to the delivery and documentation of customer projects.
- Configure, deploy and administer LAN, WAN, security and remote access technologies.
- Support customers with a wide variety of platforms and technologies.
- Build and configure desktops, servers and storage networking hardware.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure service tickets are resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes.
