We supply our products to a number of independent and national chain supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, hospitals, hotels and caterers. We have a number of positions available in the beautiful and trendy suburbs across Melbourne.

We are looking for:
- Fully Qualified Chef / Pastry Chef with at least 3 years of experience.
- Self-motivated person with good people skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Able to meet daily production targets.
- Able to maintain high and consistent standards.
- Creative, energetic, and reliable individual with proven excellent organizational skills.
- Experience working in a busy kitchen.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Our Requirements
- 3+ years experience and technical competence.
- Correctly preparing ingredients according to specified formulas.
- Ability to develop own recipes and adjust recipes to cater for various dietary requirements.
- Adhering to food safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
- Meeting tight deadlines in a busy work environment.
- Taking responsibility for ensuring quality control and cost control to meet the purchasing and budgeting requirements of the business.
- Ability to inspire and supervise junior staff.
- Ability to budget and manage cost control, and staff rostering.
