Job Summary
We are on the lookout for an experienced Bakery Oven shift Team Leader who aspires to be part of a culture striving to produce the best baked products.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Leading the oven baking team to ensure the best breads and pastries been baked.
- Responsible to ensure all baked products meet the highest standard quality.
- Supervising and training team members.
- Overseeing and assisting all breads and pastries packing and bakery cleaning.
- Maintaining a safe work environment.
- Responsible to liaise with logistics team for smooth deliveries overnight.
- Available to work on weekends or public holiday when needed.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Liaising with other team members to look for best productivity.
- Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in similar position
- Immediate start would be aspired.
