Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payments and company accounts
- Manage website and social media with regular postings
- Oversee the general upkeep and security of the property
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Address minor maintenance issues or liaise with tradespeople when needed
- Ensure the property is always welcoming and running smoothly
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard
- Maintain cleanliness of communal areas and outdoor spaces
- Monitor and restock housekeeping supplies
- Manage laundry facilities and ensure all linen is organised and prepared
- Network with local business to build customer base
- Connect with local community to ensure a friendly and well known service in the area
About You:
- Previous experience in business management, housekeeping, caretaking, or similar roles is essential
- Friendly and approachable with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks
- A practical mindset and willingness to perform light maintenance tasks when required
- Willing to live on-site in a rural town
- Able to start employment within the month
