Role: Data Transformation Lead
Key Skills:
1. Familiarity with Insurance business processes and associated data flows – Policy, Billing, Claims
2. Strong experience and expertise in
- Customer Journeys, Reporting (Finance, Performance, Compliance, Regulatory, Product Lines, GL)
- Data discovery conducting workshops and stakeholder management
- All phases of data lifecycle – Data Analysis, Data conversion, Data mapping, ETL, Reconciliation, Cutover, Coexistence, Refresh and Archive
- Data Modelling using Data Vault methodology (Raw Vault, Business Vault, Reporting Vault)
- Visualization tools – Power BI, Tableau, Cognos
- Data platforms – Databricks, Redshift
3. Experience with 3rd party data providers – Corelogic, Redbook, Earnix, Experian
4. Strong experience in multi-cloud environment – Azure, AWS
5. Good Program Planning and execution skills – Jira, Confluence, Agile ways of working
