We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse
Position Profile:
The primary responsibility of the Clinical Nurse is to manage, coordinate and deliver comprehensive evidenced based nursing care for patients, using leadership and advanced nursing skills and knowledge relevant to the practice setting.

- Advanced clinical knowledge and delivery of evidence-based nursing care within the Dialysis setting.
- Advanced skills in planning, coordination and decision making, within the Dialysis setting.
- Well-developed team leadership and membership skills.
- High level communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, including negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Quality and risk management principles within practice.
- Digital capability to enable access and use of available technology for safe patient care and information availability.
- Current knowledge of legislative and policy obligations for Nursing practice, Public Sector, Standards, Aboriginal Cultural Respect Framework and how these impact on employment and service delivery.
