We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Dialysis Team in Karratha.

What we are looking for:
- Well-developed clinical, managerial and leadership skills.
- An ability to co-ordinate and manage human and material resources and the achievement of agreed strategic outcomes.
- A high level of communication and interpersonal skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Understanding of the Medicines and Poisons Act 2014, Medicines and Poisons Regulations 2016, and Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2010.
- Experience in the application of clinical governance principles including continuous quality improvement principles, managing change, clinical risk management and accreditation processes.
- Knowledge and understanding of rural and remote issues related to nursing and service delivery.
