THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Chef to be part of our dynamic kitchen team. You’ll be preparing high-quality dishes, supervising kitchen operations, and bringing your creativity to our renowned menu.

YOUR SKILLS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Certificate IV or Higher Qualification related to cookery, kitchen management or hospitality management (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Creativity and passion for bold flavors
- A positive attitude and teamwork skills

JOB DUTIES
- Prepare, season, and cook dishes to the highest standards
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Assist with menu development and food presentation
- Supervise and support other kitchen staff

- Afternoon, Evening and Night Shifts

- Weekend availability.
