With well-honed leadership skills and a desire to nurture your team, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure the team curates a distinctive, sustainable experience and that financial targets are achieved. The Director of Rooms will play an important role in the hotel’s success as a thought leader who will embody our values and bring our cause to life. You will share our belief that from the places we stay, to the ingredients we source, and the way we interact with those around us, every detail reflects our awe and gratitude for the planet and its people.
About you...
- Management experience in a lifestyle or luxury hotel environment.
- Demonstrated capability of working collaboratively with front office, guest relations, housekeeping, concierge, valet, and reservations.
- A leader with proven track record in guest and team member engagement.
- Previous management of third-party relationships.
- Well-developed ability to deliver financial KPIs.
- A clear & concise written and verbal communicator.
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
