THE POSITION:
Our company is recruiting for a Senior Occupational Therapist for Sydney's leading healthcare provider committed to delivering personalised, evidence-based services across a range of healthcare disciplines.
Seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team in Goulburn, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for leading assessments and interventions for clients with a variety of conditions, including physical disabilities, mental health concerns, and developmental disorders. You will also provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and assist in the development and implementation of evidence-based programs that support clients in achieving their goals.

THE ROLE:
- Lead comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans to meet clients' needs
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in individual and group settings
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on home and workplace modifications, equipment, and assistive technology
- Mentor and supervise junior therapists, providing clinical guidance and fostering their professional growth
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, client-centred care
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing education and strategies to enhance functional independence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and treatment plans
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and service delivery strategies within the organisation
- Participate in professional development opportunities and stay informed on the latest research in occupational therapy
SALARY & BENEFITS:
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year (dependent on experience)
