The Opportunity:
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- versee day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators.
- Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate programs.
- Manage enrolments, staffing rosters, and administrative tasks.
- Foster strong relationships with families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular team meetings and professional development sessions.
About You:
- Qualifications: Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role within the early childhood sector.
- Ability to inspire and guide a team with professionalism and positivity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with families, staff, and the community.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications.
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- You bring strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
