About the Role:
As a Psychologist in Occupational Rehabilitation, you will:
- Provide psychological support and counselling to individuals navigating significant changes in their career and personal circumstances.
- Conduct assessments and case management services across diverse client portfolios.
- Assist individuals in their recovery, rehabilitation, and return to meaningful employment.
- Apply your clinical expertise to support clients in achieving their pre-injury or new employment goals.
- Build strong relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
About You:
- Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (Provisional Psychologists with an interest in Occupational Rehabilitation are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centred approach.
- A passion for helping people regain independence and confidence.
