Key Responsibilities:
? Working with the business management will be coordinating on their behalf for all client projects.
? Coordinating and managing contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance
? Maintaining accurate records of agreements, contracts, and other documentation
? Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
? Preparing project schedules, budgets, and reports
? Assisting in the preparation and submission of tenders
? Ensuring office procedures are efficient and aligned with company policies
? Managing office supplies and coordinating with external vendors
? Staying up-to-date with legislative changes and advising the management
? Reviews and processes variation claims as per the contract
Skills & Experience:
? Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
? Strong organizational and time-management skills
? Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
? Attention to detail and ability to work independently
? Knowledge of contract law and administrative procedures
Qualifications:
? Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is desirable
? Prior experience in the construction, painting, or epoxy industry will be advantageous
