An exciting opportunity awaits a Respiratory Scientist eager to work within the Respiratory Physiology Laboratory (RPL), delivering comprehensive clinical services for both adult and paediatric patients in the assessment and monitoring of respiratory conditions.
As a Respiratory Scientist, you’ll need the knowledge and competency to independently perform routine respiratory function assessments and assist with complex evaluations, following established procedures and published standards. You’ll work with a full suite of assessments, including spirometry, lung volume measurements, gas transfer, bronchial provocation testing, and cardiopulmonary exercise testing.

As a Respiratory Scientist, you will need:
- Bachelor of Science/Applied Science, or equivalent
- Experience as a Respiratory Scientist
- Registration with Australia and New Zealand Society of Respiratory Science (ANZSRS)
- Accreditation with the Australian Council for Clinical Physiologists (ACCP)
