About the Role:
As part of the only tertiary neonatal unit in the ACT and surrounding NSW, you'll lead a dedicated team in the high-stakes environment of Neonatal Intensive Care and Special Care. With a focus on family-centered, developmentally appropriate care, you'll support a range of critical services including NICU, SCN, and the ACT NETS retrieval service. Your leadership will drive excellence in clinical practice and foster collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, all while ensuring the best outcomes for neonates and their families.
