- $50-75/hr + Super (depending on experience and shift times)

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will support the delivery of a range of nursing services in an aged care setting. You will work as an extension of multidisciplinary teams supporting residents’ clinical needs. We are looking for staff that share our drive and think outside the box in the way we deliver healthcare initiatives.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant degree qualification
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Undertake clinical assessments with consideration of clients social, emotional, physical and environmental needs
- Provide clinically appropriate Care Planning including wound management
- Medication administration and charting
- Resident personal care requirements
- Act as an advocate for clients and provide them with a premium level of care and support
