Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations and high standards of food safety.
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Relevant qualification: Certificate IV in Hospitality or Diploma in Hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of modern Australian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
