We are currently looking for dedicated Midwives to work for our Level 6 Tertiary Centre based in Canberra providing specialised maternity, neonatology and paediatric services for the Australian Capital Territory and surrounding regional areas to approximately 3800 women per year.
The hospital offers antenatal, birthing, and postnatal services under various models of care aimed at providing woman and family centred care. Maternity care options include midwifery led continuity of care models, midwifery led care, and maternity team care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team as required.
Multiple positions are available throughout the Women's, Youth and Children Division including but not limited to:
- Antenatal
- Postnatal
- Birthing
- Canberra Midwives Program - Continuity Program
- Maternity and Gynaecology - Outpatients

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Midwifery obtained in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada or New Zealand
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Midwife
- Current certification through AHPRA as a "Registered Midwife"
