Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and customer demands. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Baker, with strong knowledge of baking techniques. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
