About the Role
Are you a passionate and dedicated therapist looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Aged Care? We invite you to join our dynamic team as a Therapist in Allied Health and roles role specifically created for individuals with 18 months to 24 months through to senior clinicians who are looking for a role & a Provider with a Difference.
We are also recruiting for Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Dieticians, South of the River and South West working from our Busselton office.

Due to our continued and unprecedented growth; moved into our brand new premises with 5 clinic rooms, community / group space and home our administration in May 2024 we can now confirm our South West expansion with our Busselton office opening in January 2025!

You will have confidence and surety in being employed whilst having the freedom, support and regulatory compliance to grow your own business, and earn as a business owner.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients under the NDIS and Aged Care programs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals and outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in Allied Health.
Requirements
- Degree in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or a related field.
- At least 18 months to 24 months of relevant professional experience.
- Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g. AHPRA, SPA, ESSA).
- Experience working within the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Current driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
