What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred physiotherapy services in community settings
- Conducting functional assessments and creating tailored treatment plans
- Providing rehabilitation support, mobility training, and pain management
- Supporting clients to achieve independence and daily living goals
- Maintaining accurate documentation in line with compliance and funding body requirements
- Collaborating with other allied health professionals, families, and support teams
- Working with aged care and NDIS clients with varying and complex needs
About You:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physiotherapist in community or allied health
- Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
- Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards (highly regarded)
- Comfortable working independently in diverse community settings
