About the role:
- Oversee daily operations of the child care centre, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with regulations, and smooth functioning.
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of educators, ensuring professional development and fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor and assess educational programs, ensuring they align with best practices and meet children's developmental needs.
- Manage administrative tasks, including budgeting, record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.
- Build strong relationships with families and the community, fostering engagement and addressing concerns as needed.

About you:
- ACECQA nationally approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience in an Australian early childhood setting (3 to 5 years)
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Experience leading and mentoring teams
- Knowledge of compliance with Legislation and Policy
- Candidates with assistant centre manager experience are welcome to apply
