PANEL SHOP ESTIMATOR - PERMANENT - FULL-TIME - SALARY + REWARDS.
As a member of our admin team, your position is pivotal to the ongoing development of the business. You will have demonstrated abilities to determine vehicle repairs cost and timelines, and awareness of the importance of stakeholder engagement.
Your duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Researching the cost of items such as materials, parts, materials, transport, and labour.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with insurance agencies, fleet companies, and private customers.
- Liaising with the Parts Department to obtain quotes from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame.
- Assessing the risk levels associated with each repair and adjusting estimates as required.
- Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done to both commercial and private stakeholders.
- Assisting with bids for new contracts and supporting the activities of the business.
- Monitoring the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated costs, managing supplementary costs, and adjusting as necessary.

Salary: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday (7am to 3pm)
Supplemental pay types:
Experience:
- Auto estimating: 5 years (Preferred but not essential)
- Experience with all quoting methods: NTAR, LTAR and Audanet.
Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (Required)
